With the recent NYT article on Amazon's culture in the news we thought employee experience and culture would be a fitting theme for our August blog round-up. There has always been a big focus on customer experience. We have always advocated that the employee experience is just as valuable.
We have all heard of the customer experience, which is defined as the resulting affinity a customer feels when interacting with your brand. As internal communications has become more sophisticated over the past few years we have started to see the emergence of the employee experience; which is now something that many HR and communications leaders and executives around the world are focusing on.
