Expanding our Employee Experience Vision at Liquid

We’ve experienced lots of change over the years, but we’ve always sought to refine our approach, stay true to our core beliefs, and be the leader in our space. Once we start on a new path, we never look back. Now we’re excited we are now part of Liquid Agency, where we can continue our journey. Combined, we’ll be part of Liquid’s mission to bring together brand experience employee experience and customer experience solutions.

Like us, Liquid Agency understands that a company’s brand is vital—to consumers and to its own people. They believe, as we do, that at the heart of any successful brand is authenticity. If your message is genuine, and true and aligned with the values and goals you promote, then your employees and customers will believe in it. There’s nothing more valuable to a company than an authentic brand.

We also share an understanding that in today’s talent market, employees have more choices. Workers want to work for companies they can believe in. Our mission is to elevate brands by helping them be more intentional around their workplace culture and employee experiences to deliver on the brand, and making it appealing and on target. With this move to Liquid, we get to bring our insights-driven approach and strategic vision to help execute on Liquid’s culture vision, supporting and articulating a company’s purpose and values. And to help advise and support our clients’ internal and leadership communications.

We will continue to define the Employee Experience.

Becoming part of Liquid won’t change our focus. In fact, it will widen our reach. Bringing Liquid and Vignette together melds complementary expertise and styles.
