So today my wish came true! Introducing our new blog, designed to better reflect our Vignette vision: to be the agency for employees. We will feature content ranging from tech trends to the latest ininternal communications to provide you with useful tips. A blog has been on my proverbial marketing wish list for a while.

I think like everyone it is always hard to find the time for internal projects. Our cobbler’s children’s shoes were getting a little worn around the edges. Of course our client work always comes first. Similar to how most in-house marketing departments are focused on public facing marketing and internal comms are often an after-thought. But we have finally stepped back and spent some much needed time to refresh the Vignette brand.

We did a complete redesign, from the logo to fresh new colors. Along with our new look we have focused our services to deliver a full suite for strategic and creative employee engagement— internal brand development, design, technology, video and events. As our new tag line says we want to be “The Agency for Employees.”

Our goal for the blog is to provide useful info, and industry insights that help you do your job better as an internal communications professional. Stay tuned for some meaty and helpful upcoming blog posts.

At our core we are a creative agency who focuses on elevating employee engagement form the inside. We feel strongly that employees are as valuable as customers and communication should be crafted to focus on engagement over interruption. This makes for a great place towork and it is good for the bottom line.

If like us you struggle with finding the resources for internal comms let us know. We would be delighted to show you how far we can engage your employees to drive your business. We love a good challenge.

Thanks for reading and let me know of have any suggestions for future posts.
